Thousands of people reported seeing a mysterious ‘floating city’ in the skies in China, and the internet is abuzz with all sorts of theories that would put science fiction books to shame.
The footage appears to show a huge city--complete with skyscrapers and buildings--floating in the clouds! Days later, the mysterious city was spotted again in Jiangxi.
